APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR COATING
• Scrub and clean the surface to be coated thoroughly with Metal brush / Plastic Brush / sand paper / scrubbers (Juna) to be free from fungus, loose masonry, dirt & dust, oil & grease or as required at site condition.
• Wash the scrubbed surface with plenty of water to remove dust & dirt, oil & grease or any other loose particles or as required.
• Allow the surface to dry for approx 12-24 hours for RCC and For Metals and fiber sheets it’s based on site to site, or till it is hard dry.
• Dilute the coating with approx 25-30% of water or as required on site; as per site condition.
• Apply first diluted Coating with brush / roller and wait for 1 hour or till its walk-able before applying second coat.
• Apply Second coat and let it be dry for 3 hours.  Allow to dry the coated area.
• Apply THIRD coat and let it be dry for 3 hours.  Allow to dry the coated area.

Limitations : If the surface has excess moisture due to water logging , possibility of GAP/BLISTER membrane coating. The applied product is suitable only for light foot traffic. Any other traffic or movement of machinery or equipment can lead to puncture of the exposed membrane and cause leakage.
Theoretical Coverage: 250 sq ft (3 coats). Storage: When stored in dry conditions out of sunlight in original unopened packaging this product has a shelf life of 12 months. Storage above 35°C will reduce shelf life, (Prevent from direct sunlight).
Health and Safety: This product is a water based emulsion of non-hazardous polymer. It is non-flammable and essentially non-toxic. Normal industrial hygiene procedures should be adhered to particularly when spraying and it is recommended that gloves and eye protection be worn. In case of skin or eye contact thoroughly irrigate with water and seek medical advice if any irritation develops or persists. In the case of accidental ingestion, wash mouth out with water and seek medical attention. Spillages should be cleaned up immediately with water as they will leave a film on evaporation.
